Hanoi – The origins of Vietnamese history  

Your start of the trip to Hanoi with is a visit to the mausoleum complex in Ho Chi Minh, a major place of national memory, as well as the famous One Pillar Pagoda, a major spiritual symbol for the Vietnamese people. According to legend, Emperor Ly Thai Tong adapted to erect this pagoda after being taken from the situation Quan Am announcing the birth of a son, presented on a lotus flower🪷. Destroyed during the French colonization, it was then rebuilt by the Vietnamese government in its current form.  

Continue your cultural immersion with the Tran Quoc Pagoda, located on the shores of West Lake. Considered the oldest pagoda in Hanoi, it was once the center of Buddhism during the reign of Ly Nam De. You will also visit the Temple of Literature and National Tu Giam, Vietnam's first university. 

Stroll around Hoan Kiem and see Ngoc Son Temple, before visiting St. Joseph's Cathedral, the oldest Catholic church in Hanoi, built by the French during the colonial period. You will also admire the Hanoi Opera House, whose architecture is inspired by the Opéra Garnier in Paris.  

To conclude your visit to the capital, don't go beyond the unmissable train street, accompanied by a tasting of the famous egg coffee.  

Ninh Binh – Ha Long Bay on land  

The tour continues to Ninh Binh, the former capital of Vietnam, offering spectacular panoramas of karst mountains and green plains. You visit the temples of kings Dinh and Le, before discovering the ecotourism site of Trang An. Listed by UNESCO, Trang An allows a boat ride through a network of natural caves (Sang, Toi, Ba Giot, Sinh...), often nicknamed the bay of Ha Long on land. Climbing Mua Cave will give you a breathtaking view of the Tam Coc Valley. 

Ha Long Bay – Natural Wonder  

A UNESCO World Heritage Site, Ha Long Bay will amaze you with its turquoise waters and spectacular rock formations, true postcards of Vietnam.  

Central Vietnam – Da Nang and Hoi An  

In Da Nang, take part in an iconic activity: a basket boat ride through the coconut forest. You will then be seduced by the timeless charm of Hoi An, an ancient city listed by UNESCO, renowned for its traditional architecture and colorful lanterns.  

At Ba Na Hills, you'll take one of the longest and highest cable cars in the world to reach the famous Golden Bridge, a golden footbridge supported by huge stone hands. You also visit the village of Non Nuoc, renowned for its stone carving crafts. 

South Vietnam – Ho Chi Minh City and Memory of War  

Your journey ends in Ho Chi Minh City, where you'll discover the remnants of the Vietnam War, including the famous Cu Chi Tunnels, an underground network of more than 200 kilometers that once served as a refuge, a place to live, and a strategic base for Vietnamese fighters.
